Placing an order with Libidobali.com is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You automatically create an account when you place your first order online. (We also accept orders by phone, fax, or e-mail)

1. Find the Items You Want
First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product description. Here you will find more information about the item such as prices and size. If you don't find what you're looking for please contact us and let us know for more specific information.
Note: All items listed on the website have to be ordered. We will need 3 weeks to complete the order and ship. We often have stock available at our retail stores, which you are welcome to select from, if you are in Bali
2. Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item from Libidobali.com, click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order.
3. Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the "Shopping Cart" click the "Proceed to checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form. The instructions below outline each step of our online order form. If at any point you encounter difficulty or receive an error message, please contact us.
4. Enter a Shipping Address
Tell us where you would like to ship your order. We will need your complete address including your postal zip code, area code and your phone number….if you have a personal account with one of the shipping company such as UPS, FEDEX and DHL please include the account number.
5. Choose a Shipping Method
Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. Shipping method we normally work with is UPS, DHL, FEDEX, TNT and EMS, once we ship your package we will advise you of the airwaybill number for you to track your order.
Package Delivery should be in 3 working days
If there is an order placed on different days, you will be given the following options:
- Group my items into the same shipments
- Ship them as soon as they become available
If you choose the first option, we'll hold the shipments and ship complete.
If you choose the second option, we will ship items to you as they become available, beginning with those already in stock. You'll be charged a per-shipment fee for each shipment.
6. Provide Payment Information
Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.
7. Review and Submit Your Order
Check the accuracy of all the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Place Your Order" button to submit your order. Once you place your order you will see the following message "Thank you--we have received your order". Later you'll receive an order confirmation e-mail. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.
8. Check Your Order Status
If you would like to review or change something about the order you placed before it enters the manufacturing process you can contact us and let us know and we will make the changes. |
